Privacy policy

Who is responsible for your data

What data we process and why

  • Contact form and emails. Your name, work email, company and the message you write. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, discuss your needs and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Free playbook download. Your name, work email and company. Purpose: to give you access to the playbook you requested and, only with your consent, to send you related emails. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in any email; withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. We keep these details until you withdraw consent or for up to 24 months after our last interaction.
  • Technical and usage data. For example IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, processed by the hosting platform and its website statistics. Purpose: to keep the website secure and working and to understand how it is used. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your IP address is sent to Google when a page is opened.

Who receives your data

We use providers that process data on our behalf: WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.) for hosting, the contact form and website statistics, and Google (Gmail) to receive form notifications and emails. We do not sell your data.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, we keep it for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by accounting, tax and limitation rules. Otherwise we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its processing and receive it in a portable format. Write to victor.casabuenas@saaschannelexperts.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your own country.

Providing your data

Giving us your data through the contact form is voluntary, but without your name, email and message we cannot answer you. We do not make decisions about you by automated means or create profiles.
